How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Simonmarked Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Simonmarked Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who often falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know that Simonmarked Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@simonmarked.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. This may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
